The advisory and coaching services offered by ILP-CoP’s teams of experts are based on the latest advances in performance-based management and incorporate various experiences gathered from different national and international partners to co-develop ingenious, user-friendly, and context-specific solutions for public organizations. They aim to strengthen human, organizational, and managerial capacities, as well as to consolidate the leadership of individuals or entities that trust us.

 

Project examples:

 

Tunisia – Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training:
Development of a Project Management Office (PMO). The main goal is to improve the management of the project portfolio funded by international donors. The PMO allows standardizing project management methods, optimizing the sharing and use of resources, continuously training agents, and strengthening the alignment of the project portfolio with the Ministry’s and the country’s development objectives.

Sierra Leone – Millennium Challenge Corporation Unit:
Support for the implementation of performance-based management practices for MCCU’s national partners. (Training – Coaching – Computerized support platform). To demonstrate progress on implemented reforms, national project management, monitoring and evaluation processes focused on results must be strengthened to ensure a sufficiently high level of management to support the establishment of a Compact with the MCC.

Thailand / Panama – Regional Offices of the International IDEA Institute:
Analysis and organizational structuring for the establishment of two regional offices in Asia and Latin America. Implementation of project management tools, organization of training programs in result-based public management.

Morocco – UNICEF and Ministry of Family, Solidarity, Equality, and Social Development:
Development, in partnership with IFACEF (Canadian NGO), of a national program for the promotion of positive parenting including a framework for the promotion of positive parenting; a training plan dedicated to strengthening the capacities of a hundred professionals and actors from institutions and civil society, and an argument for raising awareness and supporting the integration of positive parenting promotion in national sectoral strategies and local development.
