What we do :

 

  • The Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Ottawa on the theme of capacity building in Public Governance,

  • The Faculty of Administrative Sciences of UQTR on the theme of the management of Major Investment Projects and the implementation of PMOs in the Public sector,

  • The Institute of Marine Sciences of Rimouski (ISMER-Université du Québec à Rimouski-UQAR) on the theme of Blue Economy and coastal region sustainable and ecological development.

  • The entrepreneurship research department of the University of Quebec at Trois-Rivières (UQTR) in the field of entrepreneurship and project design for sustainable development.

  • The University of Zambia (INESOR) on the issue of aligning investment projects with national priorities.

Tunisia, Zambia, DRC – UQTR (Canada)
Development of PMO maturity assessment tool that enables the development of an action plan for the design and implementation of a PMO in a Government environment.

Zambia – Ministry of National Development Planning and INESOR (University of Zambia)
Different research action initiatives to enhance the National Results-Based M&E system. The studies aimed at strengthening the methodologies used for National KPIs selection and data collection. They also strengthen the necessary links between National development planning processes and National Performance assessment.

DRC – Ministry of Finance (DRC) and University of Ottawa (Canada)
Design and implementation of an innovative Master’s Degree in Management of Public and International Affairs for the Congolese public administration and public service executives. This training program includes on site training activities and a distance learning component.
